Origin
Kawhia is the natural habitat of kauri
and rimu trees. I have tried to capture the brilliance of this area
after a shower of rain, as a living, breathing entity, rustling and
moving in the sunlight. Trees, with their upright stature, give balance
and authority to the whole composition. |
