Origin
This small abstract painting is multi-faceted, evoking feelings of space, time, distance and darkness.

Based on a limited palette of colours, the work uses intensity of light and simplicity of form to portray the mystery and drama of the Antarctic. Little detail is needed to define the sharpness of a crystal, clear night in the polar region.
