Origin
The basic form of this work is the triangle. Inverted triangles are formed within the model, at elbow, head and the right arm.

This triangular motif is repeated in the contours of the towel she is holding, and from the edge of the model's thigh, to the edge of the curtain.

It is possible to paint many versions of the bather, taken from different angles; all can be a challenge, in terms of balance, form and motif.
