Origin
The urban dwellings and temple above, combine aspects of Italian landscape which are synonymous with classical and medieval Rome. Buildings and villages in those times, were made of local stone. The topography included vaults, steps and terraces, the latter corresponding in size to the roofs of the buildings below.

The villages were compact, the houses extending or retracting to the needs of those living living in them. Open spaces were similar in dimension to the size of each dwelling. Flowering trees, water and blossoms delineated the boundaries, giving a decorative and idealised view of the settlement. Italian Landscape is imaginary, loosely based on the constructs I have outlined above.
